Description General Summary Welds ferrous and non-ferrous metals. May use GMAW or Resistance Spot Welding processes. Sets own welding machine, changes wire spools, gas cylinders, and does preventive maintenance of welding machine, wire feeder and related equipment. Loads own parts in fixtures. May be responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and operation of robotic (or cobot) welding equipment.
