Position summary
Job Grade 107 SUMMARY The Diabetic Monitor will be trained and work under the supervision of the District Nurses. Will need to have an understanding of diabetes and trained to manage daily diabetic specific tasks to include but not limited to: blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration, recognition of both hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia, check ketones, and other medical orders as indicated by the student's physician's orders.
