Description Role Overview The Butter Process Technician is responsible for the operation of butter production equipment, reviewing the butter operation to meet Minerva Dairy’s high standards for quality and safety. This role operates in a washdown environment and requires a high level of attention to detail regarding food safety and equipment hygiene. Schedule Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:30pm).
