Congregate Meals Cook

JOB PURPOSE: To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen while being responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of the meal as directed by the approved menu. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Prepares daily meals in adherence to the approved menu. Ensures food is hygienically stored and food storage areas are kept clean.
