Job Description Assists and coordinates activities concerned with all Sanitation operations. Ensures the cleaning and sanitizing of all production equipment, production areas, and facility in accordance with Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s). Confirms readiness for morning inspection by QA and USDA.
