Position summary
Follows the Steps of Service and ensures a WOW experience for every guest every time. Visually checks IDs to determine Guest’s legal age. Uphold state and local liquor laws. It does not serve anyone under the age of 21. Rings orders into point of sale system and communicate additional information to bartenders and cooks as needed.
