Position summary
JOB PURPOSE: To ensure that all work requests pertaining to kitchens, function rooms, food outlets and public areas are maintained with a reasonable amount of repair. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Schedule and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on HVAC equipment.
