Position summary
The Construction Estimator is the primary personnel to provide budgets for Federal Construction in meetings with Clients and Potential Clients. They will discuss the Client’s needs and wants and come up with a scope of work and then price that scope using subcontractor and supplier bids as well as experience and Means data.
