About this Job: Unit Highlights Medical Intensive Care Unit Our 24-bed adult MICU cares for the most complex critically ill medical patients. MICU nurses are clinical experts in the management of complicated medical problems which include GI bleeds, respiratory failure, renal failure, liver failure, CHF, COPD, DM etc. The nurses on this unit utilize many advanced therapies, such as continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), post-cardiac-arrest hypothermia protocol, and hemodynamic monitoring.…
